Texas Agent Career Package - 210 Hour

There are three learning options in Texas for people interested in real estate: Online, e-Book Correspondence, Book Correspondence. Each option caters to a different learning style. To begin a real estate career, candidates must pass a written examination, followed by individual approval by the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC - http://www.trec.state.tx.us/). This package provides the required 210 hours of coursework to qualify for your Texas Real Estate license.

Texas Salesperson License Requirements

Anyone wishing to qualify for a state examination must prove they have completed the prerequisite courses. If you have not completed the initial 60 hours, you can sign up for this package to complete your salesperson license course requirements. When you apply for examination:

If you have completed all salesperson courses, submit transcripts showing completion of these courses with your examination application.

Once you have signed up for the best package for you, you can begin your real estate education immediately. The course materials on AgentCampus were prepared by the real estate education team at the University of Texas at Arlington to help the student focus on the requirements for the state examination. The course is self-paced and can therefore be completed from the comfort of home anytime, day or night. A motivated student could possibly complete these courses in 3 - 4 weeks. However, students are given a maximum of 6 months to complete the course, beginning when the student first enrolls.

Step 2: PASS EACH COURSES FINAL EXAM

Each course that you take for the Salesperson package will have a final exam associated with it. You must pass this exam with a 70% or better in order to receive credit for the course. With AgentCampus courses, you don't need to have the course monitored; it's all facilitated online!

Step 3: SEND IN YOUR APPLICATION AND SCHEDULE A DATE FOR THE STATE EXAMINATION:

Upon completion of your courses, we will provide a certificate of completion as well as an application. You must send both of these to the Real Estate Commission with a required fee to apply for your state exam.
